For those of you who don’t know what scrapple is, the word comes from describing the pork scraps and trimmings that make it up. You might think it doesn’t sound appetizing, but these scraps put together create a better-than-before whole. If you’re dealing with something that’s broken you to pieces, just remember: if pork scraps can be put back together to become new and better, you can too.
